How long does an eye test take?
Most comprehensive eye tests take around 25–30 minutes. We never rush — your optometrist will walk you through every result and answer any questions before you head out to the frame wall.
How quickly will my new glasses be ready?
Standard single-vision and many multifocal pairs are typically ready within 7–10 days, and often sooner. We'll call or text you as soon as they're in for collection.
Can I get prescription sunglasses?
Absolutely. Most of our frames can be made into prescription sunnies, including multifocal and transitions options — ideal for Brisbane glare.
Do you offer adjustments and repairs after purchase?
